  • Overview: Learn how to represent clients who are faced with Social Security Overpayments. This MCLE will cover representation from the initial overpayment notice to the administrative hearing level. We will discuss a variety of strategies, including filing a request for reconsideration, asking for an overpayment waiver, and negotiating a repayment plan.
