• Overview: Provides mandatory special requirement MCLE credits. This presentation will offer an examination of the stress, anxiety, depression and substance abuse challenges often faced by legal professionals and how this can impact one’s ability to ethically represent their clients. The training will include strategies and resources for addressing these threats to the competent practice of the law.
