This training focuses on Limited Scope Representation before the Immigration Court. How can limited scope representation help increase pro bono legal services before the Immigration Court? What is the EOIR-61 form and why is it required? What types of filings are appropriate for limited scope representation? The training will also discuss some of the ethical considerations for attorneys surrounding limited scope representation and differences in practices at the Board of Immigration Appeals.
