Asylum Considerations for TPS Holders

• Overview: Those who currently hold Temporary Protect Status (TPS) are living in a precarious time in this administration. Many TPS holders fear returning to their home countries, and they could potentially be eligible for asylum, withholding of removal or protection under the Convention Against Torture.  Please join us for an MCLE to discuss possible asylum and related relief options for TPS holders and potential hurdles from being granted such relief, including the one-year filing deadline.
