The Basics of Asylum Law

This training will cover the elements of an asylum case and how people qualify for this unique protection. In addition to reviewing asylum law and procedure, we will cover asylum claims for people living with HIV, what can disqualify a client from a grant of asylum, and important evidence to include in a case.
