Fair Housing Policy: Resolving Issues from Mediation to Court
Fair and equal access to housing is essential for healthy communities. Mediation with education is critical when resolving housing disputes in order to prevent future issues while supporting all stakeholders. When warranted however, the best solution may be to pursue an agency complaint or litigation.
