Ethical Considerations in Representing Low-Income Clients

This session will cover the ethical issues presented by working with low-income and disabled clients, and approaches to resolving those issues. After a brief review of the critical rules, we will use examples to discuss common ethical issues in pro bono and modest mean practices. We’ll explore the gray areas and possible practical solutions to sometimes conceptual problems.
