The case summaries did not give me enough detail to make an informed decision about taking a case.
The cases ALRP sent to me for consideration were outside my practice area(s).
The cases ALRP sent to me for consideration were too complex or messy.
Because the names of the parties involved the case were not provided, I was concerned about potential conflicts.
ALRP’s fee protocol needs to be updated so clients who are able to pay may be charged more.
I had a bad/unsatisfactory experience with a referred case/client in the past.
