Allison was able to negotiate a payment plan with the landlord that Marcus could manage, and ALRP Social Worker Cassie Walter is now helping him apply for emergency rental assistance through the San Francisco Emergency Rental Assistance Program.

Now, Marcus has a path forward and can focus on rebuilding his life instead of going through the ordeal of an eviction.
