Bill Hirsh Receives Presidential Appointment to ABA Standing Committee

ALRP Executive Director, Bill Hirsh, has received a presidential appointment to the American Bar Association (ABA) Standing Committee on Lawyer Referral and Information Service. The appointment was made by ABA President-Elect, Judy Perry Martinez, on June 3 for a one-year unexpired term, and will commence with the adjournment of the ABA 2019 Annual Meeting.

The ABA Standing Committee on Lawyer Referral and Information Service provides support and assistance to local public service lawyer referral programs that provide information on appropriate, quality legal services to the public. The committee also offer a number of resources for local bar leaders and lawyer referral programs.
