Each year, the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association recognizes LGBTQ+ legal professionals under the age of 40 who have distinguished themselves in their field and have demonstrated a profound commitment to LGBTQ+ equality.

We can attest to Jackie and Zandir’s dedicated leadership through their service with ALRP and in the broader community. By leading our event planning, walking in AIDS Walk each year, raising awareness about our services, and taking on key roles in governance and fundraising, Jackie and Zandir have truly made a difference for thousands of community members who come to ALRP for compassionate, necessary legal services—most often in times of crisis.
