In light of our cancellation of the 2020 Volunteer Appreciation Party, we would like to virtually recognize those volunteers that assisted our organization throughout 2019. Everything that we do at ALRP is made possible by the work of our volunteers. Whether you staffed the gates at Folsom Street Fair, came into the office to help us stuff envelopes for a mailing, presented an MCLE training, or accepted a referral to provide legal assistance to one of our clients, we are so grateful for the hours you dedicated to our organization. This recognition is a very small token of our gratitude for all that you have done to support our mission of improving the health of people living with HIV/AIDS by addressing their legal issues.

2020 James M. Wood Volunteer of the Year
Katharine Butler
Katharine volunteers at ALRP as a law clerk. She is studying to become a paralegal, and came to volunteer for ALRP to assist our Immigration Attorneys. Law Clerks provide essential support to the ALRP Client Services staff by serving as the first, and often the main point of contact for ALRP clients.
