ALRP 35th Annual Reception & Auction Photos

ALRP’s From the Heart 35^th Annual Reception & Auction raised more than $185,000 to support ALRP’s free and low cost legal services and programs for people living with HIV/AIDS! The Annual Reception, ALRP’s biggest fundraising event of the year, was held on Wednesday, October 17^th, 2018 in the Julia Morgan Ballroom at the Merchants Exchange in San Francisco. During the evening, ALRP recognized its 35 years of achievement and honored those who have made a lasting difference in the lives of people with HIV/AIDS. San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera presented the ALRP 2018 Clint Hockenberry Leadership Award to Endy Ukoha-Ajike, Esq., the ALRP 2018 Attorney of the Year Award to John R. Unruh, Esq., and the ALRP 2018 Firm of the Year Award to Nixon Peabody LLP.

The Annual Reception’s title, “From the Heart,” is a tribute to the dedication of ALRP Board members, staff, and volunteer Panel Attorneys who contribute their time and energy on behalf of people living with HIV/AIDS. The reception featured gourmet catered hors-d’oeuvres, excellent wines donated by Viszlay Vineyards, and a silent & live auction conducted by Bizzarros Gala and Event Auctions.
