Zoom Mediations and Depositions MCLE

A one hour and fifteen presentation by Guy O. Kornblum, Guy O. Kornblum, APLC, a long time San Francisco practitioner who specializes in trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals in civil litigation. Mr. Kornblum will discuss how the landscape has and is changing given the impact of COVID-19 on civil litigation.  He will also discuss the pros and cons of the changes have been made and that are contemplated, and how we can better use the new accepted technology of remote appearances to our client’s advantage.  He will hit the high points of how the practice is changing and give his views on what works and what may not.
