Representation of clients implicates the ethical rules known as the California Rules of Professional Conduct (CRPC). There are also some statutory requirements that attorneys are deemed to know.
This program is designed to provide the participants with some of the basic ethical rules which an attorney faces when representing clients, especially those clients who may be seen as vulnerable or having special needs.
