Seeing is Believing: Showing the Story in Courtroom Presentations

  • Overview: This training will discuss demonstrative evidence at trial and describe the two categories of demonstrative exhibits under the law (demonstrative exhibits and substantive exhibits) and the basic rules for creating a memorable courtroom presentation to compel juror attention. We will also go over the hardware and software we use in court and provide a brief demonstration of the equipment so that you possess the tools you need to walk into a courtroom and show a compelling story of your case.

This is a free training open to all attorneys, paralegals, law students, and those interested in the legal field. We hope to see you there!
