• Overview: This training will cover negotiation in general (how to work with the skills you have, and compensate for the skills you lack), negotiation in housing court (arguing for and recognizing a good deal), client communication (how to work with clients with differing opinions or expectations), and working with mediators (leveraging a system stacked against you.)
