• – Overview: This training will focus on ethics in a changing world, in both the workplace and the courtroom. Ethics has been a hot topic at the IRS, the Department of Defense, and the California Senate – how does the topic apply to us individually and as lawyers? We will discuss everything from Emanuel Kant to Bill Clinton. Most importantly, you will leave with an understanding of why we need to create a legal culture that discusses ethics every day.
