  • Overview: This training teaches the basics of representing persons living with HIV/AIDS and low-income tenants who are facing eviction. Primary topics will include an understanding of subsidized versus private housing, rent-control issues, and an overview of the unlawful detainer process, discovery, settlement, and trial.
