  • Overview: This training teaches the basics of representing persons with HIV/AIDS and other low-income tenants who are facing eviction. Primary topics will include an understanding of subsidized versus private housing, rent control issues, and an overview of the unlawful detainer process, discovery, settlement, and trial.
