During July and August 2013, Kelly McCown and Jeptha Evans will be co-presenting a series of free seminars in San Francisco and Oakland with estates and trusts attorney Alma Soongi Beck of Beck Law Group, P.C. Please join us as we discuss immigration, tax, social security, property co-ownership and other legal implications of same-sex marriage and the possible repeal of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA).

The seminars are co-hosted by Our Family Coalition, Gay Asian Pacific Alliance, Asian Pacific Islander Queer Women & Transgender Community, API Equality, and Out4Immigration.
