Free Workshop: Housing Rights & Estate Planning

Positive Resource Center is proud to partner with the AIDS Legal Referral Panel and Alliance Health Project to host a workshop and legal clinic for consumers on Housing/Tenants Rights and Estate Planning as a part of the ‘We’ve Got This’ series of events.

Who: Open to Members of the Public
When: Friday, September 18^th, 2015 from 11:00AM to 3:00PM
Where: Alliance Health Project – 1930 Market Street, San Francisco, 94102
Cost: FREE

Part 1 of the event will feature an ALRP housing attorney to go over the basics of housing and tenants rights.

Part 2 will be a legal clinic on estate planning from an ALRP estate planning attorney.  They will go over advance directives and establishing power of attorney.  Attorneys present are registered notaries and will be able to notarize and execute on-site! (space is limited)
