ALRP Cy Pres Committee – Join Us

The ALRP Cy Pres Committee (CyPresCom) is comprised of ALRP Board members and community members, and helps ALRP conduct outreach to attorneys who influence the selection of nonprofit agencies to receive funds from Cy Pres awards.

The committee is responsible for helping ALRP establish relationships with attorneys and distribute ALRP’s Cy Pres Packet to them and other appropriate parties. CyPresCom is managed by two volunteer co-chairs and is supported by ALRP staff (mostly Bill Hirsh/Executive Director and Jim McBride/Development Director). CyPresCom reports to the ALRP Major Gifts Committee.
