• Overview: Learn valuable updates, ideas, and strategies to use in immigration court. Because all of our clients are living with HIV/AIDS and many are LGBTQ, we are frequently approached by people who have suffered abuse and intolerance in their countries of origin who are seeking protection in the United States. This training will offer a primer on removal defense in the context of the current political climate surrounding immigration law.
