1.5 General CLE Credits

Overview: This training will address if and when when it is appropriate to open a formal probate proceeding following the death of a loved one. We will discuss passing assets directly to the person(s) entitled to them, statutory alternatives to probate, and what to expect if none of the non-probate options work.

Who Can Attend? All active ALRP Panel Attorneys and associates at partner pro bono law firms are welcome to attend any of ALRP’s free MCLE trainings.
